Why we work the way we do
There is no call center here and no rotating cast of junior agents. You work with an owner, start to close. That is not a scalable model and we know it. It is the model we want.
It also shapes what we write on this site. We publish the property tax math including the parts that make Hutto look expensive against Round Rock. We tell buyers the Samsung plant has not raised Williamson County prices, because the county data says it has not. We tell sellers when a price will not work. That approach costs us deals occasionally. It is also why 85 people have left us five stars.
